Pink Stingray Leather Scales - Knafs Lander 2

We bring you our first product from the deep blue sea – Stingray Leather Scales for the Knafs Lander 2!

These scales have small “pebbled” bumps, perfect for those that are looking for enhanced grip and ruggedness. It has a tactile, heavily textured feel that stays firmly grasped in your hand during use. The “pebbled” bumps may patina and smooth out in areas with regular contact over time. 

These scales have natural variation in grain and markings, making each set a totally unique pair. Our Lander 2 scales have a slightly increased thickness and perimeter, making the knife feel more full and comfortable in the hand. Due to the increased scale thickness, the lock bar sits about flush with the face of the scales, so we widened the hole around the lock bar for easier access. We also slightly rounded the butt of the scales to allow the leather to lay more naturally and reduce “puckering.” Our exotic leather is permanently bonded to a custom-designed 3D printed base plate made of high-quality PETG polymer.

These scales use your stock Knafs Lander 2’s hardware (they do not include extras), and they have been test fitted using stock screws. Due to the thickness of the leather, the hardware will be slightly recessed below the top surface of the scale. Please note that these products are only available for shipment within the United States.
